Information you add
The app may process timeline dates, checklist status, travel notes and preferences that you choose to enter. Avoid storing government passwords, eVisa share codes or complete identity-document details.
Storage and permissions
Information uses the app’s available device storage and any clearly identified optional sync or backup feature. Notifications are optional and can be changed in iOS Settings.
Providers and retention
Any connected account, storage or notification provider is identified in the app. Information remains while needed or until deleted with available controls, subject to backup and provider lifecycles.
Contact and rights
Email support with “UK Mate privacy” in the subject for questions or requests about information MateTech controls. Use GOV.UK or a qualified adviser for official decisions.
