01Are train positions exact?
No. Positions are estimates based on official prediction data, not GPS from individual trains. Always check station information and official announcements.
02Do I need an account?
No account is required to browse train information. Optional sign-in or iCloud features may be available for syncing information you choose to save.
03Why does the app request location?
Location is optional and can help recognise nearby stations or an active journey. You can turn it off in iPhone Settings.
04Does the app submit delay compensation claims?
No. It can provide delay context and direct you to an official operator service, but it never submits a claim or guarantees compensation.
05Does the app show advertising?
Google banner advertising may appear on selected non-live screens. Consent choices are provided where required.
06Why might live information be incomplete?
Predictions depend on the data available from transport providers. Disruptions, connectivity and provider availability can affect results.
