Information you add
Pocket Tools processes the plans, tasks, amounts, bills, travel notes and preferences you choose to enter so the requested tools can work.
It is an organiser, not a bank, payment service, financial adviser or travel agent. Never store banking passwords, full card numbers or security codes in notes.
Storage and permissions
Records use the app’s available local storage and any optional sync or backup feature you choose. Notifications and other device permissions are optional and can be changed in iOS Settings.
Providers and sharing
An optional account, backup or notification feature may use Apple or Google services. The app identifies a connected provider before information is sent to it. MateTech does not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Personal records remain until you delete them with available controls. Copies held in a device backup or optional sync service are also subject to that service’s controls and retention rules.
Your rights
You may ask about information MateTech controls or request correction or deletion where applicable. Email support with “Pocket Tools privacy” in the subject.
